The first 8 weeks of life are critical for any pup. That's why Premier Puppy make sure that all puppies are up to date on all vaccines before taking the journey to their forever home.

What does the process look like once one of our dog moms is expecting a litter? Shortly after, we'll begin taking requests and forming a waitlist.

Learn about our puppies during their first 8 weeks of life

Once the puppies are born, there's a fast track to getting them ready for you! Here's what the first two months of life look like for all of our pups:

  • At two weeks old, the pups can open their eyes, hear, and will start moving more
  • At two weeks old, the puppies can be visited by potential pet parents.
  • From 4-6 weeks old, the puppies get their first set of shots
  • At 8 weeks old, they get their second set of shots
  • At 8 weeks old, the puppies are ready to go to their new homes
If you're not local, there are delivery services to get your new furry friend to you. Once home, don't forget to schedule their 12-week boosters and deworming with a local vet.
